Pete Starr, Republican candidate for State Representative of the 79th District of PA, is officially on the ballot.

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled on March 9th in favor of Starr’s defense in the objection that was filed against his petition to run for office in this year’s primary.

Starr will be on the ballot, running against current State Representative John McGinnis, who’s been serving since 2013.

The Pennsylvania primary election will be held on April 26th.
