In preparation for the upcoming budget hearings, Senator John H. Eichelberger, Jr. (R-Blair) will discuss the proposed state spending plan at his Blair County Town Hall Meeting a week from today.

Eichelberger says, “As a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, I’m looking forward to asking the heads of each state department and agency how they’re going to reduce expenses and operate more efficiently this year, The feedback and ideas I get from people who participate in this town hall can play a role in how we ultimately develop a fiscally-responsible budget that will still provide the services taxpayers deserve.”

The town hall meeting is Tuesday February 13th at 6:30pm at the Claysburg Community Center, 122 Senior Drive in Claysburg.
