It’s the final of four gold ribbon football games, aimed at calling attention to childhood cancer. Throughout the month of September, volunteers have been selling gold ribbons and bracelets at select games across Blair County to raise money and awareness.

“Over the years we have given over $118,000 for research,” said Dawn Warden with the Brian Warden foundation. Tonight’s game will be special, added Warden, because some of the survivors will be attending the McDowell Trojans and Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers game that kicks off tonight at 7:00 p.m. at Tiger Stadium.
