The Blair County War Veterans Council’s Annual Memorial Day parade is Monday May 29th, forming at 8th Avenue and 17th Street and moving out 10am on the regular route through downtown Altoona, ending on 11th Avenue at the Robert Laws Veterans Memorial. For information call 942-3261
