Former Penn State University President Graham Spanier, former Vice President Gary Schultz, and former Athletic Director Tim Curley are going back to court.

Prosecutors are adding a conspiracy charge against the three former Penn State administrators, for the way they handled the Jerry Sandusky child molestation case. That was the ruling of a Pennsylvania judge Thursday, who granted a request from the attorney general’s office to add a count of conspiracy to the charges of endangering the welfare of children.

Each count the men face carries a prison sentence of up to seven years plus a $15,000 fine. Jury selection in the case is scheduled to begin March 20th in Harrisburg.
