Work on a bridge replacement project gets underway next week in Blair County. PennDOT Safety Press Officer Anthony Scalia says that the contractor will begin working on Wednesday, March 1st on the Route 36 Brush Run Bridge in Logan Township.

Expect to see traffic control setting up early Wednesday, as well as water line relocation work. The overall project however will consist of the removal and replacement of the existing bridge structure with a new, single stand spread box beam bridge. Scalia says the 3.8 milliioon project should be complete by November.
