The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation today announced that prime contractor Grannas Bros. will continue work on Today on the Route 3013 (William Penn Road/Dunnings Highway) and Route 164 Resurfacing Project in Freedom and Greenfield townships, Blair County.

Work on the interchange should cause extended delays. Traffic will be reduced to a single lane and controlled by flaggers. Motorists are encouraged to find an alternative route if possible.

Overall work on this project will consist of approximately 5 miles of resurfacing on Route 3013 and Route 164 along with milling, drainage work, guiderail upgrades, signing, and other miscellaneous construction. All work on this $1.4 million project is expected to be completed by mid-November, 2017.
