Sex Offender Wants Plea Withdrawn

A former city man looks to change his plea in a molestation case.

31 year old Jeffery Holsinger, formerly of Altoona says he wants his no contest plea to child sexual assault charges withdrawn because he’s serving more jail time than expected.

Holsinger is serving time at the state prison in Greensburg for molesting a 12 year old girl and her friend and having sex with another girl. He now wants a jury to hear his case.
