Win Win?

When I saw Governor Rendell and his clique proclaiming the budget was a win win situation for everyone, I should have realized the taxpayer doesn’t count as part of everyone. If ANY Republican votes to pass this irresponsible thievery they are merely proclaiming themselves to be a RINO (Republican In Name Only). Passing this budget while knowing about the big surplus would be a slap in the face to every tax paying citizen of Pennsylvania. Here's to watching this horrible excuse for a compromise go down in flames(even though it will probably pass). The old Harrisburg game of follow the leaders has to stop until we get some actual conservative and fiscally responsible leadership. Perhaps we should quit voting in leaders and search out a few servants. A vote to pass this budget with it's toll proposals and increased spending would be a financial detriment to our great Commonwealth. I believe this budget as it currently stands is pretty close to what Governor Rendell actually wanted in the first place.
