The budget process grinds on in the state capitol with lawmakers waiting and wondering what details will be contained in the final state spending plan.

Rep. Rick Geist of Altoona says the budget that was narrowly approved in the state House on Wednesday does not contain the final details and rank and file House members have been excluded from giving their input on the spending plan.

Lawmakers are hoping for a vote on the budget plan late today following action by the senate on the spending bill approved Wednesday in the house.
