A local judge is getting tough on home invaders.

Blair County Judge Daniel Milliron yesterday rejected a plea agreement in the case against 25 year old Christina Davis, of 222 East Cherry Avenue.

Back in February Davis walked into the Wolfe Court building in downtown Altoona and proceeded to enter an apartment of a woman she knew.

Once inside, police say Davis disabled the victim’s phone and demanded prescription medication. When the woman refused, Davis disconnected the breathing tube to her oxygen supply.

While the victim was trying to reconnect the breathing tube, Davis reached into the woman’s robe and stole her medicine.

Milliron also rejected a plea involving 24 year old Autumn Lightner, of Altoona, who was charged with entering a home on the 1800 block of 8th Avenue and stealing over $800 worth of items.
