According to a report by WTAJ, police arrested 54 year old Kelly Barbour at a Sheetz store on Saturday. According to the report, Altoona Police were sent to the store on chestnut avenue after Barbour was allegedly caught stealing. When officers tried to take Barbour to the vehicle, they had to call for paramedics. Once on scene, Barbour became combative and punched a paramedic in the groin once she was placed inside the ambulance. Police found alcohol in Barbour’s possession that she apparently did not pay for. She is charged with several felonies including aggravated assault, public drunkenness and retail theft. She is locked up in the Blair County prison.
